Pool Parties at the MAC
Looking for a fun, stress free way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion? Our pool parties are the perfect choice. With different options to suit your needs from poolside tables to a private room or even your own pool. We make hosting simple, so you can enjoy a splash filled celebration alongside your partygoers.

Poolside Party - $120
- Reserved tables right by the pool
- Saturdays or Sundays (2 hours)
- Times: 9:30am, 12:00pm, or 2:30pm
- $120 for up to 15 children
- Extra children: $4.50 each

During the school holidays (Monday to Friday), sessions must be booked at the MAC reception desk.
Available times: 9:30am, 12:00pm, or 2:30pm.
Meeting Room Party - $140
- Exclusive use of our meeting room
- Saturdays or Sundays (2 hours)
- Times: 10:00am, 12:30pm, or 3:00pm
- $140 for up to 15 children
- Extra children: $4.50 each (maximum 20 children)
- This party option is not suitable for large gatherings.

Learn to Swim Pool Party - $200
- Exclusive use of the Learn to Swim Pool, with tables and chairs
- Saturdays or Sundays (2 hours)
- Time: 2:00pm
- $200 for up to 15 children
- Extra children: $4.50 each (maximum 20 children)
Supervision Ratios
To ensure the safety of young swimmers, the following supervision requirements now apply:
- One adult may supervise up to two children under the age of five and must remain with them in all pools except the shallow toddler area.
- One adult may supervise either:
- One child under five and up to three children aged 5–8, or
- Up to four children aged 5–8.
Please plan accordingly to ensure there are enough supervising adults to meet these requirements. We recommend that you include this information in your invites, so parents are aware.
Set Up & Clean Up
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your party to decorate and set up. After your booking ends, you have 15 minutes to tidy and clear the room.
If you require extra time for set up or clean up, this must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Please leave the space tidy and free of rubbish. A cleaning fee may apply if the room is not left in a reasonable condition.
A booking for a birthday party requires at least 2 weeks’ notice.
