Frequently Asked Questions

We know many parents and caregivers have questions about how enrolments work, especially around progressing levels, availability, and how Term 4 differs from the rest of the year. To help make the process as smooth as possible, we’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions. Whether you're enrolling for the first time or returning for another term, here's everything you need to know.

When do enrolments open for the new year?

Enrolments for the new year typically open in early January. Keep an eye on our website and social media for exact dates and announcements.

How do I know if my child is moving up a level?

Our instructors assess swimmers during the term. You will be notified by the end of the term if your child is ready to move up. If you’re unsure, feel free to check with our team at the front desk.

What if there are no spaces available in the next level?

If a class is full, we will place your child on a waitlist and contact you as soon as a space becomes available. We will do our best to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible.

Do I need to do anything if my child is staying in the same level?

No action is needed. We’ll automatically re-enrol your child for the next term if they’re staying in the same level.

Why is Term 4 enrolment different?

Term 4 is the last term of the year, and instead of rolling over into Term 1, we start fresh. Everyone must re-enrol for Term 1 of the new year during our annual enrolment period.

How can I enrol or re-enrol?

You can enrol online through our website or visit us at the Centre during opening hours. Our team is happy to help if you need assistance.
