Water provides sufficient support for your body to reduce the risk of injury. Aqua fitness can improve flexability without excess pressure on joints. The natural resistance of water leads to better muscle endurance and tone.

Aqua Fit
Classes in chest-deep water. The low impact nature of chest-deep aqua fitness makes it perfect for pregnant women, people with arthritis and those who need a less intense workout.

Aqua Power
Winter: More intense chest-deep classes.
Summer: Classes suspended in deep water (diving pool). A more intense workout in the water, lets burn off those calories!

Water Walking
Classes in chest-deep water. A low impact class with strictly no bouncing designed for those in recovery.
Classes are always inside.

Sports Teams / School Groups
Classes can be designed at levels and times to suit your needs.

Please let instructors know if you currently have, or have ever had:

• Arthritis   • Diabetes   • Dizziness
• High blood pressure   • Muscle or joint pain
• Any form of heart condition
• If you are, or have recently been pregnant
• If you have recently had surgery
• If you do not feel confident in the water
• If you cannot swim
• If you do not participate regularly in physical activity
