The Makino Aquatic Centre offers an 'Adult Squad'.

The Adult Squad targets endurance, speed and technique development to achieve improved swimming efficiency. The Adult Squad provides a motivating, social space where you will be given guidance and support to help you achieve your sport and fitness goals.
