Come and try our newest Aqua class! A 30 minute intensive class, with a mix of body weight and interval training. You will be in and out of the water and the classes will constantly be evolving and changing.
A more intense workout. Focusing on muscular endurance and core strength. Improves fat loss, balance and tones. Let’s burn off those calories. Takes place in the dive pool during summer.
We always try to have a minimum of 1 lane designated for lane swimming.
